Non-nationals include (a) persons born in Bermuda but with neither parent being Bermudian by birth or Status; and (b) persons not born in Bermuda, acquired Bermuda Status by residence but lost it by residing overseas for beyond the maximum stipulated period and do not appear on the current Bermuda Voters List with a bona-fide local residence.
